Cancellation and Refund Policy through Card payments and Over the Counter Payments
Unless otherwise specified, the Steam Code purchased from Wallet Codes are not returnable after purchase and no refunds will be issued once the purchase is confirmed and the Steam Code has been successfully sent. Refund Policy only applies where user unable to utilise the Steam Code due to any issues (recognized by Wallet Codes or any issues that is aligned with the merchant) in receiving Steam Code or consuming the Steam Code within 24 hours after purchase from Wallet Codes website or authorised merchant. Once Wallet Codes received complaint from [support@wallet-codes.com or from our acquired Social Media Account], Wallet Codes support team will investigate and notify the user via email. Shall refund request has been approved, a credit will be sent to user’s account within 7 working days. Make sure to provide accurate information. Provide the account name exactly in the way it was enrolled at the bank (first name and last name). Wallet Codes will only deposit the refund to the account provided.


Delivery Policy
We endeavour to deliver the Steam Codes within 15 minutes from the approved payment.
